How quickly will I receive a response?

We take the enquiries over the call and aim to solve then and there. But if something is complex, we aim to resolve it asap, ensuring the great customer service.

How can I order prescriptions?

If you are taking any repeat medication, please give us a call and, with your consent, we can request your prescription from your GP on your behalf.

Alternatively, you can order your prescription yourself through the NHS App, by contacting your GP surgery by phone, or by email, depending on the prescription ordering methods offered by your GP practice.

What should I do if my delivery is delayed?

We aim to deliver most medications within 48 business hours. If your prescription has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if your medication is urgent, please contact our team as soon as possible.

For acute and urgent medications, we aim to provide same-day delivery within our local service area using our own delivery drivers. If you are located further away, please give us a call and we will work with you to ensure you are not left without your medication.
